VEHICLE SEIZED FROM A5 BYPASS

On 17/09/2026 at around 21:15 officers from our Road Crime Team came across a silver Renault Clio which had crashed into the central reservation on the A5 bypass near Glascote.

Checks revealed the driver did not have a full licence and was driving with invalid insurance. The Clio also had a number of defects.

The vehicle was subsequently seized and the male driver, from Leyfields, was dealt with accordingly for documents offences.
